First NAHS Meeting for 2014 -2015 School Year - Aug. 24 @ Corporal Ray's

The following topics were discussed at the meeting last week:

1. Homecoming float (Sep 12!!!!) No theme has been chosen yet!!
2. Officer Elections! (Only last year's members in good standing can be officers this year) President, Vice President, Secretary, Historian, and Treasurer
a. Pick up a packet from Mrs Wheeler
b. Find a member from last year to nominate you - sheet is on the wall by south sink
c. Prepare a speech to give to 2nd AND 3rd period - you may read it or make a video!!!
This is going to be a VERY busy year!! Pick officers who are going to work hard with you!
3. Fish Fry is Sep 18!! Need a photo backdrop, sign up sheets for FOOD, games, a small ceremony, invitations, reminder notes, etc. etc. etc.

NAHS Halloween Photo Backdrop Worknights - Tuesday and wednesday Oct 29 and 30 - 4-7PM

I'm getting the rboard after school on Monday - I have to go to SAMS for ink and photo paper - so Halloween Carnival photo backdrop worknights are still Tuesday and Wednesday this week!! COME HELP!!!

Everyone make plans to come help on Thursday night!! Dress up, we'll have a blast!
The carnival is from 6:30 - 9:30PM at the ACE Arena - We'll set up about 5:30PM - Sign up sheet in Artroom!!

Meeting Notes-Oct 10, 2013

Topics discussed:
Secretary, dear - This is YOUR job!!!

1. NAHS Tshirt!! It will be about $20.00 - I'll put a picture on here(There's one on the NAHS bulletin board). Do we want to offer it to everyone - teachers too? It'll cost less, the more we order! We started a sign up sheet at the meeting - we will continue to take orders this week and next week - but no shirt will be ordered without payment!
2. Halloween Carnival Oct 31(Thursday nite) 6-9 pm
We will have a photo booth, tattoo table and face painting table. We need a photobooth backdrop - 8X8 so, let's get started this week!! We will need everyone to help - there is PLENTY of work to be done! The Carnival is VERY busy, so be sure to sign up to work that night also!!
3. FISH FRY- need a backdrop for this also - A Hawaiian theme has been chosen, and we need some game ideas for it. Let's have some fun!!

We'll have worknights for the backdrop - and we need to check all the supplies for the different booths. Get involved!! Donate your time to our projects!!
